Heather D. Myott

Heather has been a loan officer in the Burlington area for five years, with combined financial experience stretching over a decade. Working directly with Realtors out of the Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman office, and having built solid relationships in the community with area professionals, she has a strong bond with all the key players of the Real Estate transaction. Together with her two counterparts, Heather and her teammates account for over 22% of all home purchase financing in the state of Vermont.

Heather can often be found snowshoeing the beautiful woods of Mount Mansfield, walking by one of our many refreshing lakes and ponds, fishing for whatever may bite that day or simply spending time with her newborn daughter and family.

A native Vermonter, I grew up in Essex Junction and graduated from UVM with a degree in Business Administration. I now live in Burlington, with my wife Lori and daughter Emma. I have been active in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, serving as Vice President of Mortgage Financial since 1993. I was named one of the top 100 mortgage originators nationwide in 2005 by the National Mortgage News. I was also a founding member of the Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association, where I also served as an Officer and Board Member. I am a certified Mortgage Professional (CMP) with the Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association, and am a Registered Mortgage Advisor (RMA) with the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. Less than 1% of all mortgage officers nationwide have received the training necessary for this designation. Most importantly, I am dedicated to assisting my clients in developing the best mortgage plan that meets their individual needs.
